to submit a support request. Be sure to include your order number and which item(s) are incorrect or damaged. Please also indicate what color or initials are noted on the top right hand side of your packing slip.
We will send a replacement immediately with a return label so you can send us back the incorrect (or damaged) item without any additional shipping costs to you.
